Steak Salad

Ingredients

• 1 - pound Ostrich Steaks
• 6 - cups Lettuce
• 2 - cups sliced Cucumbers
• 2 - cups grilled Mushrooms
• 8 - Cherry Tomatoes
• 1 - cup Lite Italian Dressing

Directions

Grill steak to medium (145°F) over a hot grill. Grill mushrooms. Carve steak into small 1/4 inch width strips and garnish salad with steak, mushrooms, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Serves 4.
