Steak Hollandaise

Ingredients

• 4 - 6 ounce Ostrich Steaks
• 1 - package Hollandaise Sauce mix

Directions

Prepare hollandaise sauce as directed. Grill steaks to medium doneness and cut into 1/4 inch thick strips. Drizzle hollandaise sauce over steak strips.

Serves 4.
