Place fillets between waxed paper, pound to a 1/2 inch thickness. In a small sauce pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter. Add shallots and cook until lightly browned. Add Worcestershire sauce and heat until bubbling. Keep sauce hot. In 12 inch skillet, heat 6 tablespoons butter. When butter begins to brown, add fillets and cook for 3 minutes. Turn and cook for 2-3 minutes longer or to desired doneness. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spread shallot sauce over steaks and sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 4.
