Butterfly steaks in to 1/4 inch thick pieces. Pound meat to desired thickness. Make an egg wash using egg and water. Dip meat into the wash and coat with bread crumbs. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and add olive oil. Fry steaks 2 - 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve with a slice of rye bread, cabbage, and noodles.
Serves 4.
