Meat Loaf

Directions
Mix all meat loaf ingredients together and form into loaf. Dust formed loaf with flour (remove excess), dot with butter. Bake in a non-stick pan at 350°F for approximately 2 hours or until brown. After loaf has been in the oven for 1 1/2 hours, add 2 cups water to bottom of roasting pan. Return to oven to cook for remaining 1/2 hour. Remove loaf from oven; transfer to serving platter. Reserve pan juices. Place roasting pan with juices on medium-high heat on top of stove. Scrape pan to remove and tasty bits. Add broth. Heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and strain into sauce pan. Mix cornstarch with 3/4 cup of water, add to saucepan. Place saucepan on top of stove on medium-high heat until bubbly and meduim thickness. Serve gravy with meatloaf.
Serves 8 - 10.
