Directions
Rub steaks with Cajun seasoning just before grilling. Prepare Au jus gravy as directed. Grill the steaks to medium doneness. Cut steaks into 1/4 inch thin strips. Cut bread in half and slice horizontally. Place steak strips onto bread and pour gravy over sandwich or serve on the side for dipping.
Serves 4.
