Fajitas

Ingredients

• 1 - pound Ostrich Fajita Strips
• 8 - 6 inch Flour Tortillas
• 2 - cups sliced Green Pepper
• 2 - cups sliced Onion
• 8 - tablespoons low fat Sour Cream
• 8 - tablespoons Guacamole
• 2 - cups sliced Tomato
• 4 - teaspoons Lemon Juice
• 2 - teaspoons cooking Oil
• Chili Powder
• Garlic Powder
• Pepper
• Picante Sauce

Directions

Marinate strips in lemon juice, oil, pinch of chili powder, pinch of garlic, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to coat all the meat; refrigerate overnight. Brown meat in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add onions and peppers, cook until tender. Serve on warmed tortilla shells with garnishes.
