Blackened Steak

Rub the steaks with olive oil and blackened seasoning. Refrigerate steaks for 2 hours. On an outdoor propane grill on the highest heat or a hot charcoal grill, cook the steaks to medium doneness (8 - 10 minutes). Serve on bed of sautéed mushrooms and a side of baked potatoes.
